Blossom Valley’s wide streets provide spacious lots that range between 8,000 and 12,000 square feet of space. Houses here consist primarily of sprawling ranch-style homes, which feature bright and airy facades ranging from brick to stucco and modern interiors. Most properties here feature one-to-two-car attached garages and modest fenced-in backyards. Paved sidewalks canopied by greenery and landscaped lawns offer leisurely strolls. Prospective homebuyers can expect prices to range from $2 million for a fixer-upper to almost $6 million for a new, modern build. “Properties in Blossom Valley often sell for much more than the original asking price,” Galli says. Due to its popularity, homes here don’t stay on the market long.
