Home to six different golf courses and surrounded by many more, Moorings Park-Hawks Ridge helps uphold Naples’ self-proclaimed title of “Golf Capital of the World”. Just east of the Tamiami Trail, this community stretches from the gridded streets of Naples out through Airport-Pulling Road and contains almost all varieties of housing styles. Country club communities, standalone homes on multiple acres, condo complexes, gated planned subdivisions, tightly packed city residences and more all make up the Moorings Park-Hawks Ridge neighborhood.
Moorings Park is a private retirement community sprawling over 83 pristine acres.

Homes for all styles of living
There is a great diversity in the housing stock for the area. The community includes several gated housing developments and a retirement community. Subdivisions and boutique gated neighborhoods offer private luxury with attached villas and condominiums. Detached single-family selections consist of mid to late-century coastal ranches and cozy bungalows constructed from concrete blocks with stucco finishes. Fanned palm trees add to the scenic, beachy atmosphere. Many homes feature lanais and porches, the perfect addition to enjoying the warm South Florida climate and picturesque landscape. In addition to the many private developments, you will find ungated communities without HOAs. Prices are well below the Naples average, and many homes can be found in or below the $450,000 to $650,000 range. For houses lining the fairways at any of the numerous golf clubs in the neighborhood, prices tend to run between $1 million and $2 million.

Moorings Park-Hawks Ridge has a wide array of retail and dining options within and around the community’s borders. “The convenience and wonderful shopping nearby are absolutely a main reason people come to Moorings Park-Hawks Ridge,” says Ann Stuart, Realtor with Premiere Plus Realty, who has sold dozens of properties in the neighborhood.
