So, you get to take advantage of the value that comes from being close to waterfront properties," Helen Makriyianis says, who has been selling homes for Signature Homes for over three years. The neighborhood has tightly packed streets with front yards, some with gates or picket fences. Locals with front porches often sit outside on warm days.
