You can choose from jelly-filled to Oreo cookies and cream donuts. For groceries, you can visit FoodMaxx on International Boulevard. For shopping, residents can head to Durant Marketplace, an indoor flea market.
The Oakland Zoo is less than two miles away from Durant Manor. At this park, you can see the 850 native and exotic animals that call the zoo home. Residents of Durant Manor live less than 5 miles away from Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, the home ballpark of the Major League Baseball team, the Oakland Athletics. The coliseum is adjacent to the Oakland Arena, which was once the home court of the Golden State Warriors and is a popular venue for major musical artists. Artists like Adele and Paul McCartney have performed here in recent years.
