Five miles from Downtown Odessa is Country Club Estates, a neighborhood known for its interior and exterior space. “It’s a mature and exquisite neighborhood,” says Yvonne Rosas, a Realtor with eXp Realty. “These are big homes with acreage. It’s hard to find homes with this much land in Odessa.” The neighborhood is also conveniently located near the intersection of Interstate 20 and Route 338. “It’s a preferred neighborhood for its location,” says Chris Beckett, a Realtor with Pine & Beckett Realtors. “It’s easy to get in and out.” Proximity to the Music City Mall, the Odessa Country Club and the UTPB Park add to the neighborhood's appeal.

As homebuyers drive down the streets of Country Club Estates, they’ll pass southwestern brick ranch-style and new-traditional homes that peek out through their tree-covered, u-shaped driveways. “Many of them will have a swimming pool in the backyard,” Rosas says. These homes sit on skinny streets without sidewalks. Ranch-style homes have sold for between $210,000 and $600,000, while new traditional homes have gone for as much as $1.1 million. “Residents in this neighborhood don’t pay HOA fees,” Rosas says. Condominiums can also be found in the southern portion of the neighborhood and sell for the low to mid $100,000s.

Six-time Texas state champion Permian High football program

Students in the Country Club Estates neighborhood are assigned to the Ector County Independent School District. Starting in kindergarten, children attend Lyndon B. Johnson Elementary, which earns a C grade from Niche. From there, students move to Nimitz Junior High before attending Permian High; both receive a C-plus from Niche. Permian High is known for its tremendous football program, which has won six Texas state championships.

Cooling off in the summer at UTPB Park’s splash pad and pool

When residents want to enjoy the outdoors, they head up Route 338 to UTPB Park. Children enjoy the playground, splash pad and public pool at the park, while adults may like to walk on one of the three trails. Another place for a stroll is Memorial Gardens Park, which has a walking path around a scenic pond. The Country Club Estates neighborhood is close to various shopping and dining options. Cork & Pig Tavern is 3 miles away and serves wood-fired pizzas, burgers and a variety of meat-based entrees, along with an extensive wine list. Near the intersection of Route 338 and Interstate 20

Country Club Estates is conveniently located near the intersection of Interstate 20 and Route 338, giving commuters easy access to Downtown Odessa, 5 miles away. Residents can also utilize the Midland Odessa Urban Transit District bus system, otherwise known as EZ-Rider.
