These homes sit on skinny streets without sidewalks. Ranch-style homes have sold for between $210,000 and $600,000, while new traditional homes have gone for as much as $1.1 million. “Residents in this neighborhood don’t pay HOA fees,” Rosas says. Condominiums can also be found in the southern portion of the neighborhood and sell for the low to mid $100,000s.

Six-time Texas state champion Permian High football program
Students in the Country Club Estates neighborhood are assigned to the Ector County Independent School District. Starting in kindergarten, children attend Lyndon B. Johnson Elementary, which earns a C grade from Niche. From there, students move to Nimitz Junior High before attending Permian High; both receive a C-plus from Niche. Permian High is known for its tremendous football program, which has won six Texas state championships.

Country Club Estates is conveniently located near the intersection of Interstate 20 and Route 338, giving commuters easy access to Downtown Odessa, 5 miles away.
