Well-established homes near West Omaha retail corridors
Minutes from Millard District schools, 10 city parks and Zorinsky Lake, the half-mile square neighborhood of Hawthorne in West Omaha connects to a lot within its boundaries and even more just beyond. “Hawthorne has almost everything you need inside the neighborhood and super quick access to anything else,” says Michelle Gustafson, a Realtor for 20 years with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/Ambassador Real Estate. “West Omaha buyers will normally consider Hawthorne because we’re in Millard School District. But when they tour the homes and realize how close we are to shopping, dining, all the great parks and then Zorinsky Lake, I’d say their minds are often made up in our favor.”
Custom homes from 1990 to 2023 are “solidly built, well-designed and larger than homes in nearby neighborhoods,” says Gustafson. “This is one of those neighborhoods with lots of kids riding bikes, gorgeous mature trees, nice sidewalks and gardens that show off years of attention.”
