A spirited community in Central Florida
Just west on Granada Boulevard from Ormond Beach, the neighborhood of Outer West Ormond Beach provides residents with newer homes and plenty of community spirit. “The area is central to Ormond Beach and one of the spots where newer homes are going up,” says Hilary Deininger of Keller Williams Realty, who has sold over 30 homes in the area. “The community is very active, and we are known for our annual Home for the Holidays Parade, but there are parades for every season.” The 2023 parade has the theme of “A Groovy Christmas.” The neighborhood has recreational options for people of all ages, from a walking trail to the Magic Forest Enchanted Playground. It is just minutes from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The area is home to the Aberdeen at Ormond Beach subdivision, which is a neighborhood for 55 and up residents looking for a fun and quiet community.
