Living between Oxnard's beaches and downtown
Situated 2 miles between the oceanfront and downtown Oxnard, residents of Sea View Estates enjoy a residential vibe with dining and warm-weather activity in either direction. Although it's not directly on the water, the community's coastal energy can be easily recognized by the smell of salt in the air from the nearby waterfront. "It's within walking distance of Channel Islands Harbor, which is a great place for shopping and dining, and the beach is right there," says local Realtor Jason Walters of eXp Realty of California. "On top of that, it's right next to Victoria Avenue, so getting to the highway is easy — that's not true for a lot of neighborhoods in Oxnard." This city convenience mingles with a suburban-esque atmosphere on the neighborhood streets where folks can walk to parks and schools down the road from their Mediterranean-inspired homes and landscaped lawns.
