And it’s easy to get to the highway or the beach.”

The centrally located Southwinds Park is a favorite neighborhood gathering spot that plays host to several events throughout the year. Cuico warns potential buyers that they need to act fast, though, because properties in this neighborhood sell quickly. “When something comes on the market in South Winds, it tends to sell quickly. A lot of investors love the neighborhood.”
