A private, village-like community on 6 acres, surrounded by desert and mountain
Set about 5 miles from Downtown Palm Springs, surrounded by Sonoran Desert scenery and the San Jacinto Mountains, Four Seasons is a gated, village-like community for folks aged 55 and older. Anchored by a clubhouse with resort-style amenities, Four Seasons is within 7 miles of several upscale, public golf courses, and not far from the city's most popular shopping and dining. "One of the things I love is that the pace is slower here than in LA," says Peter Roa, Palm Springs-based Realtor with Bennion Deville Homes, The Paul Kaplan Group. "You can get across town in 10 minutes and not worry about the traffic most of the time."
Four Seasons residents enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. San Jacinto.

Early 2000s homes among towering palms
New traditional homes from the early 2000s have two to four bedrooms in layouts of about 1,900 to 3,000 square feet, and are set on well-landscaped yards lined with towering palms. Some homes have stacked-stone exteriors, while others have terracotta roof tile; most have attached multi-car garages and a few have casitas, or detached guest houses. Prices range from around $600,000 to $800,000, plus about $300 in monthly homeowners association fees. "Fiber-optic internet is included in the fees," says local listing agent Robert Deck of Town Real Estate. "They'll also be adding a bistro to The Lodge. It's becoming more and more like a resort." As of early 2025, the bistro is currently under construction.
