Hidden River, a Parker suburb situated between parks and shops
Hidden River is located near parks and shopping centers, versus other Parker neighborhoods that cater to equestrians and golfers. “It’s like the heart of Parker because it’s very close to Downtown Parker. Many people are attracted to it because it feels like a small town even though it’s grown a lot and has ice cream and yogurt shops,” says Heather Maddox, a local broker associate with The Rowley Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, who has over 20 years of experience.
Hidden River's main thoroughfare is Club Drive.
The Tallman Gulch Trail runs through, and connects the Hidden River neighborhood.neighborhood

Neighborhood of new traditionals with varying gables and siding
New traditionals sit in cul-de-sacs, some with a low-pitched side gable, like Prairie homes, and others with varied pitch and multiple front gables. Exterior compositions also vary, with many blending siding and stone or brick. Many homes have three to six bedrooms and an attached two-car garage. Home prices range from $525,000 to $930,000, and all residents must pay the homeowners association about $100 monthly, funding trash and recycling services.
Hidden River features some homes with amazing brick work and manicured lawns.

Tallman Meadow Park has a Western theme, from its wooden picnic shelter to the playground, with a baseball and multipurpose grassy field. The Tallman Gulch Trail’s concrete surface cuts through the gulch between Hidden River and Tallman Meadow Park, totaling about 3 miles. According to Maddox, the neighborhood’s playgrounds, swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis and pickleball courts are all maintained with the homeowners association payments. Iron Horse Park is tied to the neighborhood by trail and has additional ball fields.

Parker’s flourishing arts, entertainment and events scene
Downtown Parker is the center for art and entertainment, with Parker Arts selling tickets for live theatrical performances and the Studio at Mainstreet hosting musicians. “[Downtown hosts] art in the park and movie nights in the summer, where you can get lawn chairs and watch on the big screen,” Maddox says. “They also have a farmers market every Sunday from around Mother’s Day to Halloween, when the snow starts falling.”Parker Days is a popular celebration hosted in Downtown Parker over Father’s Day weekend that has drawn crowds since the 1970s when it was a small community fair. “[It’s] a big festival with a carnival and tons of concerts. It reminds me of miniature Frontier Days in Wyoming, so kind of a mini version without the rodeo,” Maddox says. “The kids love it. On that opening weekend, they do a parade down Mainstreet.”
Hidden River residents can enjoy some food and live music at The Studio on Mainstreet in Downtown Parker.
You will find all sorts of performers at the Parker Days Festival.
