About Pataskala, OH

About Pataskala, OH

To the east of the Columbus area, verdant ranges and large home lots give Pataskala its own charm. Easy access to golf courses and multiple local parks in town make this semi rural retreat a reliable choice for fans of the great outdoors or families looking for a slower pace than Columbus’s larger suburbs. Named after a Lenape term believed to refer to the nearby Licking River, Pataskala has a history dating back to 1851. Today, the area has seen a rise in housing interest and development thanks to its short distance from Columbus and the rest of the central Ohio metropolitan area.

Spacious suburban style for modest prices

Most of Pataskala’s were built between the 1970s and today. Pataskala’s more recently developed communities offer city-style lots with homes near each other.
