The city of Pearland maintains Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail, a 42-acre park on Del Papa Street with a sports complex and 22 miles of hiking trails through protected wetlands and prairies. “People who are runners love the nature trail. There’s a 2-mile in-and-out run through the wetlands,” says Jason Koon, a Houston native and Realtor with eXp Realty. “It’s such a nice place to run or just for bird-watching on the observatory deck.”
