Gated community with seven subdivisions

Pembroke Shores, 50 minutes from Miami, offers big city amenities in the suburbs. “Anything you have in Miami, you have here in Pembroke,” says Angel Troncoso, broker with Miami New Realty and resident of Pembroke Shores. Pembroke Shores is a gated community within the city of Pembroke Pines that houses seven subdivisions: Sandal Bay, Sandal Cove, Angel Cove, The Beaches, Harborside Estates, The Estates of Pembroke Shores and Sterling Place. Surrounding Lido Lake is the second gated community of Lindo Isles. The Pembroke Shores Community Association, the local HOA, governs housing rules and provides amenities to residents within the community. Houses in the area are large and built in the 1990s and early 2000s, with luscious lots kept trimmed and green. “It’s a quiet area,” says Troncoso.
