An exclusively residential Pittsburg neighborhood
Just outside of downtown Pittsburg, San Marco is its own little world. With a small park at the center, this pocket-sized neighborhood has wide streets that are friendly for bikers, and its modest size keeps it a quiet place to live. "It's in a very nice area. You get some good views of the delta, and because it gets pretty hot in Pittsburg, you can get some nice breezes because it’s in the hills," says Rich Fleming, a managing partner and broker associate at Realty ONE Group Future. "San Marco is 100% residential."
