Liberty Park’s primary feature is its residences, which are traditional brick and paneled ranch-style homes set back on neat lots lined with oak and myrtle trees. Buyers can also find contemporary New Traditional houses throughout the neighborhood, with stone exteriors and front-gabled or flat roofs. Multi-family housing, including apartments and townhouses, is closer to the President George Bush Turnpike. Many of these homes are brand-new and include state-of-the-art kitchens and appliances.
Bologna says most homes in the neighborhood have spacious yards. "You have a little more space, so people like this area a lot.
