GreatSchools:
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The police are constantly patrolling even when it's not needed. Public intoxication and domestic disturbance is the worst of it. Occasionally there may be a breaking and entering. There have been a couple of high speed chases from the nearby highway that made their way into town. Once there was an accused murderer apprehended by the local police force. All in all I sleep comfortably at night with no worries of the doors being locked or the windows open.

Mostly summer/seasonal jobs. Many low paying restaurants and bars. Marinas a great jobs and if one proves themselves they will be taken care of by the company.
