A golf-centric community with new homes

The Reserve, located just west of Port St. Lucie, can be described as "A city inside a community," says Andrew Szaniszlo, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. "It's really convenient, it has everything you need. All of the golf courses also really draw people in." The Reserve is a golf-centric community known for its new homes, pristine landscaping, and private gated communities, of which it has several, including some condo buildings. The Reserve is also home to the renowned PGA Golf Club, which features 54 PGA-quality holes across three pristine courses. One of the gated communities in the neighborhood, the PGA Village, has homes that sit right along the courses' holes.

The Reserve has something for every type of homebuyer

The Reserve has something for almost everyone, from small rental properties to large single-family homes. Featuring several private gated communities, home styles here consist primarily of condos and detached single-family home options. The most common architectural style throughout The Reserve is the Spanish revival design, which features terracotta roofs with red clay tiles and is often paired with lush landscaping and well-manicured lawns. Condos and three-bedroom homes here can go for between $260,000 and $320,000 dollars, while four-bedroom houses can start at $650,000 dollars. For the larger five-bedroom options, price tags can even cross the million-dollar mark. Price points in The Reserve vary depending on the community's HOA fees, the interior and exterior features elected, square footage, and their location—proximity to the lakes and the PGA Golf Club. Nearly all gated communities here include HOAs and related fees, which provide for the upkeep and maintenance of all shared amenities. Most communities also feature sidewalks for getting around, which makes it easy for residents to walk from place to place.
