Suburban Quincy homes with access to golfing and retail options
West Quincy, on the border of Milton, is nestled on the edges of the Blue Hills. The neighborhood is less than 10 miles from Boston and offers a unique layout. Here, residents can get the best of both worlds, with urban and natural amenities just a short walk or drive away from midcentury Cape Cod and Colonial Revival-style homes. This location also provides access to the heart of Milton and Quincy where there are a number of events and organizations. With the shade of mature oak and maple trees lining the roads, the neighborhood offers a convenient spot just outside of downtown Boston. “The neighborhood is known for city living with a small-town community feel to it,” says Brian Willinsky, a Realtor with Century 21 who has been serving the community for over 8 years.
