Homes with a variety of styles

Many of West Racine’s homes were built in the early 1900s, but the neighborhood also has a collection of homes built around the 1950s and 60s. Because of their age, it’s common for them to be fully renovated or at least updated with modern amenities. Albro says the neighborhood has a great mix of architectural styles. “There are bungalows, Cape Cods and Dutch colonials. It’s a very stable area where the value has increased a lot,” Albro says. Prices range from $120,000 to $260,000. The median home price is $180,000, up 3% from the previous year.
