Beltline neighborhood
Sunset Hills, about 4 miles from Downtown Raleigh, offers secluded streets and architecturally unique properties. “Sunset Hills is one of those little neighborhoods inside The Beltline,” says Mollie Owens, a Realtor with Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, who has 25 years of experience selling in Raleigh. “There’s a lot of small neighborhoods within the Beltline – and they’re very sought after – but they don’t have defined signs marking them.” Sunset Hills residents enjoy a short commute to Raleigh’s attractions, top-rated schools and access to some of the city’s best shopping without feeling like they’re in the thick of it.
