Rancho Murieta, an intimate community
The gated Sierra Nevada foothills community of Rancho Murieta attracts homebuyers for its golfing opportunities and laid-back vibe. But mainly, people move to Rancho Murieta to be close to friends and loved ones. “It’s a very tight-knit community. People who live there have 90% of their friends living there as well,” says Broker Associate and Realtor Samuel Weiner, who operates in the area with Samuel Weiner Home Selling Team - eXp Realty. A downside of living in Rancho Murieta is that residents may become bored with its remoteness. “Rancho Murieta is isolated from the rest of the county. It is 30 minutes from any other location,” Weiner says.
A diverse architectural selection

Accessors value a newly built four-bedroom Mediterranean-style home at around $670,000. Homebuyers can purchase a four-bedroom, three-bathroom stone and stucco exterior home for $870,000. A 1980s three-bedroom, three-bathroom custom home with redwood siding and an in-ground swimming pool is valued at $970,000.

I have lived all over the world but nothing compares to Rancho Murieta! The scenic beauty of 4 lakes, 35 miles of trails, including a river trail, the beautifully designed neighborhoods, perfect weather all year long, strong sense of community, welcoming and warm neighbors, and only a couple hours from Tahoe or the Bay area...life is indeed rich in RANCHO MURIETA!!!

We have security that makes rounds. No graffiti in the neighborhood. Worst thing that happens is teens steal things off porches and put in places they don't belong or a golf cart theft which is always found.

Best hidden secret in the USA, Great for families, and retirees. Lots of activities including, hiking and fishing. Water park for kids and dancing under the Gazebo for adults. My teens had some of the best memories ever there. Golf cart community, with its own private airport. What more can you ask for
