Langus says the convenience and central location of Greenwood Hills is a draw for residents, with proximity to major thoroughfares like U.S. Route 75 and President George Bush Turnpike. “It’s easy to get anywhere you need to go in the Metroplex,” he says. “If you need to go to Plano, it’s 10 minutes up the road.
