As part of Near West End, Three Chopt is a neighborhood full of green lawns and early twentieth-century homes, but its shops, sidewalks and relatively low crime rate make it popular among Richmond homeowners. “It’s walkable, comfortable and safe for the most part,” says Sarah Wiley, lifetime Three Chopt resident and owner of Sarah Wiley Art. “I feel safe walking around at night.”
