A seven-bedroom, six-bathroom 1980s home with an in-ground pool, basketball court and hot tub sells for $1.5 million. For those who are easily bothered by noise, Whitney Vista Lane on the east end of Clover Valley Woods is about a half mile from a railroad track.

Residents travel less than 3 miles south to Pacific Street to shop at the Walmart Neighborhood Market.
