Historic bungalows and ramblers
The tree-lined neighborhood is mostly filled with Craftsman-style bungalows and ranch-style houses. Prices range from the low-$300,000s for a 1,300-square-foot three-bedroom to the low-$600,000s for an 1,800-square-foot four-bedroom. Most homes were built in the mid-1950s, however there are some that date to the early 1920s. There are also some modern builds constructed in 2023 and 2024. Modern properties start in the high-$700,000s up to the mid-$900,000s for a four-bedroom, depending on size. Lot sizes are small, normally around 8,000 square feet, but a few span up to a quarter acre. Older dwellings have carports or rear garage parking, and the new properties have front-facing multi-car garages. Most houses have covered front porches, tropically-landscaped lawns and spacious paved driveways.
