With the Tampa Bay coast 3 miles to the east and golf courses to the north and south, Harcourt’s prime location is the talk of the town. “You’re right outside of St. Pete so it feels like you're connected to everything. It’s really about convenience in this neighborhood,” a local Realtor said. “It’s a hot market around here too. We’ve got all kinds of different housing styles and they have been flying off the shelves."

Homes in Harcourt consist of manufactured houses, town houses and stucco bungalows with a price range from $37,000 to $670,000. Homes can range in size from 1,200 to 2,300 square feet and most were built between the 1970s and early 2000s. Many homes enjoy the convenience of carports to offer shade and protection from the Florida elements. Palm trees offer shade as well, watching over lush green lawns that tend to be on the smaller side, with lot sizes ranging from 2,500 to 8,500. The smaller lots and shaded streets encourage people to get to know their neighbors and go out for a morning stroll, stopping to chat with other dog walkers and joggers.

If you’ve got a competitive side or just want to get out and stretch your legs, there are plenty of nearby golf clubs to visit. You’ll find Mangrove Bay and Cypress Links Golf Course to the north and Vinoy Golf Club to the south. The neighborhood is also home to Southern Golf of Pinellas, a golf shop with everything you need to prepare before you set out for a day on the fairway. Peruse brand-name equipment and clothing or table advantage of their club repairs or lessons.

Start your day with a healthy energy boost from Berry Boss Açaî, a nutritionally-focused açaí bowl & smoothie shop known for its flavor and freshness. The nearby Nearby Tournament De Pizza strives for authenticity with homemade slices and a long record of award-winning pizzas. They love celebrating your achievements, so be sure to bring your award or trophy along for acknowledgment of both your academic and athletic successes.

Easy access to 4th Street makes it a straight shot south into Downtown St. Petersburg, just 3 miles away.
