The ultimate arena

Entertainment and education meet in San Antonio's Arena District. Just minutes from the AT&T Center, this small residential neighborhood has plenty to offer homebuyers looking for a residence in eastern San Antonio. Homebuyers are drawn to the area for its proximity to the AT&T Center, a major employer, and the area's strong community, thanks in part to St. Phillip's Community College.

Properties tend to go from $250,000 to around $700,000 in this area. Streets are lined with sidewalks, and yards are mostly dirt, grass, and rocks. Short driveways with expanded paved areas to park are common throughout the neighborhood. The area has some tree cover and a friendly atmosphere, making it a popular place to move to, whether potential homebuyers want to head to the AT&T Center, or attend St. Phillips Community College. Grade school students in the Arena District can also attend IDEA Eastside, a public charter school that prioritizes critical thinking skills and personalized learning.
