A mix of city convenience and scenic recreation
Kendall is a sought-after San Bernardino neighborhood that offers convenience, natural beauty and activity. With Interstate 215 to the west and the San Bernardino Mountains to the east, residents can enjoy the best of suburban living and Southern California scenery. "It's a quiet, up-and-coming area. It's close to hiking trails, it's close to Big Bear," says Katherine Johnson, a Realtor with First Team Real Estate who has sold multiple homes in the neighborhood. "You have a park in there, and a lot of paragliders like the area because of the hillside." Kendall residents have a range of recreational activities to choose from, including local city parks and scenic mountain attractions. When it's time to run errands or commute to work, the convenient location of I-215 makes it easy for residents to get around San Bernardino and the rest of the Inland Empire.
