San Leandro community with suburban allure and commercial convenience

Floresta Gardens-Bradrick is a welcoming community in San Leandro with a classic suburban feel. It’s the kind of family-friendly area where neighbors really get to know one another, and residents who move in are happy to stay put. “It’s a tight-knit community. One thing I like about it is that a lot of the residents have lived here a long time. Some for as long as 50 years,” says Casey Serafino-Lee with Intero Real Estate, a Bay Area Realtor who was raised in San Leandro. “It’s the type of neighborhood where you wave to your neighbors.” Floresta Gardens-Bradrick also provides access to commercial conveniences, from nearby local shopping and dining to public transportation. “We are in a very accessible area next to Washington Street, which has everything you need. We are walkable to restaurants, including a great Pho restaurant and coffee shops,” says Robert Schwartz, a San Leandro resident for over 20 years and longtime property manager at the neighboring Terrace Gardens apartment complex.
