Morning Sunwood is only 2 miles from South Coast Metro, one of Santa Ana’s most robust commercial districts. “It’s world-class shopping and dining,” says Samano. “Being close to South Coast Plaza and Bristol Street is definitely appealing to buyers.” South Coast Plaza is the largest mall on the West Coast, with its expansive shopping complex offering luxury retailers like Hermes and Christian Louboutin to more familiar retailers such as Abercrombie and Fitch. South Coast Plaza is also home to fine and casual dining. At Bristol Plaza, residents can shop at big box stores like Target and grocery stores like Trader Joe’s.
