Quito Village is a Saratoga suburb
Quito Village is a small, triangular-shaped suburban enclave tucked in the outskirts of Saratoga and bordering San Jose’s city limits. “This is a small town feel wrapped around Silicon Valley,” says Christina Kokologiannakis, a local real estate agent and founder of The Kokologiannakis Group. “We’re close by tech companies, and we’re close by everything. I can go down to Santa Cruz and be at the beach in about 30 minutes.” This neighborhood features a mix of midcentury single-family homes and townhouse complexes that feature units built during the 1980s. Quito Village has an overall CAP Index crime score of 1 out of 10, which is significantly lower than the national average of 4.

Single-family homes and modern townhouses
The homes of Quito Village stand on the flatter side of Saratoga, away from its trademark rolling hills, but they retain the stylish designs and green surroundings that the city is known for. Spanish and Mediterranean-influenced builds stand behind wide streets lined with tall trees, manicured lawns and white picket fences. The neighborhood also holds numerous Craftsman-style houses and townhome options. Townhomes range in price from $700,000 to $1.5 million. The coveted single-family homes in Quito Village usually start around $2 million for a Craftsman rancher needing renovations, while a fully remodeled Mediterranean-style estate asks for up to $4 million.
