Older ranch-style and bungalows in Wilshire Estates
A neighborhood with a mixture of residential, shopping and health services, Wilshire Estates also offers lower home prices compared to the Savannah metro area. “It’s an up-and-coming area right now,” says Wynn Martin, a Realtor with Eighteen O'Two Realty, LLC who has been selling throughout the Savannah area for seven years. “The property values are going up, investors are fixing up the houses and breathing some new life into the community.” Wilshire Estates sits on the edge of Savannah, with nearby access to Hunter Army Airfield. “I think what’s drawing people to Wilshire Estates is that it’s close to so many things. It’s five minutes from shopping, close to downtown,” Martin says. Wilshire Estates is also home to St. Joseph’s Hospital and a variety of shopping centers.
