Suburban escapes in the boroughs
Situated on the North Shore of Staten Island, Castleton Corners, also known as Four Corners, offers residents a slice of suburban paradise within the five boroughs. Often called the borough of parks, Castleton Corners is no stranger to open green spaces. "It's a beautiful community surrounded by endless amenities but also natural open spaces," says Qais Shawabkeh, a Real Estate Broker at Intella Properties with eight years of industry experience. "There's a good reason why home prices around the lakes have been going up," Shawabkeh says. Surrounded by parks with sparking lakes, A-rated public schools, and Manhattan just a ferry ride away, it makes sense that residents who move here tend to stay.
