Casual suburban living with numerous parks and international eats in Streamwood

Parked at the point where the Hanover Park, Bartlett and Streamwood communities meet, Woodland Heights is a suburban cross-section of Chicagoland with an abundant range of parks and 20th-century homes. Buyers may be drawn to the area for its reasonable home values and simple commute to nearby communities, but an impressive range of local dining options and the tranquility of its location contribute to its long-term appeal. “Streamwood is a very family-oriented place. You don’t get a lot of singles moving into town unless it’s for the economics. It’s very affordable and very well-kept, and it’s close to everything,” says Charlie Pacelli, a Realtor with Keller Williams Premiere Properties. Pacelli has lived in the suburban Chicago area for over 30 years and has sold homes nearby for more than five years.
