Agent Spotlight

AJ Bergman
(954) 420-1873
I was born in New York and moved to Boca Raton in 1999. I grew up in this area, immersed in the world of real estate through my family's business. From a young age, I witnessed my father's dedication as he helped families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. That experience gave me a front-row seat to the values that still drive my work today — personalized service, clear communication, and relationships built on trust.
After studying business and marketing at Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida Atlantic University, I began my career as a transaction coordinator. This helped me to develop, at a very young age, a deep understanding of contracts, timelines, and what it takes to deliver a smooth and successful transaction. I then earned my real estate license in 2015 and have been proudly helping clients ever since as a Single Agent and Transaction Broker.
I've learned through my years of experience that every home has a story. I specialize in marketing this unique story with stunning photography, cinematic lifestyle videos, and a sharp focus on what makes each property unique. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I offer a strategic, data-forward, and relationship-based approach to help you reach your goals.
What sets my team apart from the average agent? We combine years of traditional experience with a modern, results-driven approach. Along with the traditional marketing activities that 99% of agents do, I invest in and utilize the newest & latest tools in the market place. Most agents do nothing but put your home on the MLS, maybe a sign in the yard or a single mailer. We partner directly with the three largest home search sites on the planet (homes.com, realtor.com and zillow) and use all three of their elite agent resources to make sure my listings receive maximum exposure across the most popular search platforms. This also ensures I connect directly with more motivated buyers than other agents and consistently deliver top dollar for my sellers.
Buyer's; because we are constantly connecting with homeowners in a given market, we are able to connect you directly with them to help provide a seamless transaction. Even if we don't have the right home available now, we also offer an off market campaign to assist our buyers in finding the perfect home before anyone else finds out its available.
Whether it's your next move or any future endeavors, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. Let's turn your real estate goals into reality together.
Let’s connect and make your next move a successful one.
