About 5 miles from downtown Tampa, residents can easily commute via Interstate 275 South or take a Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority bus at stops throughout the neighborhood. “It’s a really central area close to the hospital, Raymond James Stadium, and Busch Gardens,” Jimenez says. As for that nearby hospital, locals can go to AdventHealth Carrollwood. Residents can also access the Tampa International Airport for further travel.

By the zoo and the stadium
At the Tampa Zoo, visitors can see animals like manatees and stingrays or opt for cooling off at the splash pad and water ride.
