May be eligible for an abatement

The city has a Residential Tax Abatement (RTA) Program that is intended to encourage housing development and revitalize existing housing within the city limits. This program offers a 100% exemption on the increased property value resulting from new home construction or significant renovations. The abatement period can extend up to 12 years for renovations and up to 15 years for new construction.

The community has access to major highways in the Toledo area, including Interstate 90 and I-475, making for an easy commute.
