Whitmer-Trilby is a mixed-use community comprising residential, industrial, apartment, retail and business sections. The neighborhood provides an easy way around the Toledo area with several major thoroughfares close by, in addition to Interstate 475. However, there are many outdoor amenities, shops and dining options close by, with everything from local mom-and-pop shops to big box retailers.
