The corridor of Speedway Boulevard and Swan
In a city like Tucson, known for bursts of vibrance and life, St. Cyrils captures that spirit and doubles down on it. “There’s a lot of great stuff off that Speedway Blvd. and Swan corridor,” says Anthony Vito-Bollong, a Realtor with Long Realty, who sells homes here and throughout Tucson. “It has an artsy feel. You’ve got an eclectic mix of residents. You’re close to a lot of great amenities.” With homes and apartments comprising just about half of St. Cyrils’ property mix, the remainder is divided among office, retail and healthcare space.
