Stone Creek Farms is home to two community pools reserved exclusively for residents. Both are centrally located, so it’s easy for families to drop by for a dip. Stonegate Clubhouse and Pool sits back from the road between two ponds, with a surrounding ring of trees lending a rustic vibe. Stone Creek Farms Community Pool is highly accessible but small and easily crowded. Brick-accented modern builds

On the network of residential streets, houses are packed neatly together on lots measuring under a quarter acre on average. Most were built within the last 25 years, featuring cross-gabled roofs, dormer windows, and attached garages. Brick and stone accents give the neighborhood a well-established feel despite the oldest homes dating to the late 1990s. Streets are level and accented with paved sidewalks for strolling to the neighbor’s house, walking the dog or enjoying a morning jog. However, pedestrians should be aware that there’s not much tree cover in this area to provide shade. Down on Country Lane

Students attend a progression of schools, most just a short drive away. Country Lane Primary and Intermediate Schools are west of the neighborhood on East Omaha Drive, along with Centennial Middle School. After graduation, they’ll join the ranks at Broken Arrow High School, the largest high school in Oklahoma. All these schools earn a B-plus from Niche.

The Tulsa-Broken Arrow connection

Stone Creek Farms is considered part of Tulsa but much closer to the Broken Arrow suburb. It takes about 25 minutes to make the 14-mile drive to downtown Tulsa, whereas the shops and restaurants of Broken Arrow’s Rose District are a 15-minute ride away. The nearest major highways are Broken Arrow Expressway and the Creek Turnpike, which offer access to the urban regions, and Tulsa International Airport is a 25-minute drive away. Commuters should note that there are no major public transportation routes in this part of the city, so cars are essential.

Provisions are available at Okie Family Market, a grocery store that operates from Stone Creek Retail Center on County Line Road. The neighborhood is also just a few miles from the restaurants and retail outlets surrounding the Broken Arrow Expressway. Here, residents can browse through Lowe’s and Target, take in a flick at Cinemark or indulge in a basket of wings at Slim Chickens.
