Brick walls and bargain prices
Western Village features an assortment of ranch-style homes with paved driveways and flat backyards primed for a patio and picnic table. “Most of the houses are full brick, and most of them have one-and-a-half or two-car garages,” says Agent Patricia Love-Renton, with McGraw Realtors, who has been working in real estate for 25 years. “We also have a lot of investors here, with rental properties.” Besides the investors’ new builds, most homes were built between 1960 and 1970. The median single-family price is $155,000, which is around $100,000 cheaper than the average for the general Tulsa area.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
