Peaceful streets in Cedar Ridge
Fifteen miles southeast of downtown Tulsa, Woodbine’s peaceful residential streets stretch between Cedar Ridge Park and Heights. Oklahoma’s Creek Turnpike crests the northern border, crossing over a popular fishing hole on its journey through the neighborhood. While the highway access lends convenience, vast swaths of land remain wooded and undeveloped. “It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. Lots of people like taking strolls down the street,” says Dustin Moseley, Realtor with Keller Williams Preferred and owner of Big Guy Home Team. “You’re also right there by Memorial Drive —you’ve got restaurants, you’ve got dry cleaners, you’ve got fitness centers, everything.” The highly rated Cedar Ridge Elementary School is also right in the neighborhood.
Woodbine is situated North and East of 101st and Mingo in Tulsa.
Liberty Pond on the north edge of Woodbine is a beautiful water feature along the trails.

Steep gabled roofs atop Tudor-style cottages
Brick Craftsman- and Tudor-style cottages with gabled roofs give Woodbine’s residential areas a dose of country-style charm. Triangular roof accents rise beneath leafy green canopies on manicured lots that include driveways and tidy front lawns. Many homes date to the 1980s, with some newer builds in the eastern section. Buyers can expect to pay more for a home here than they might in downtown Tulsa, with prices starting at $400,000 for a 4-bedroom home and climbing to $1.5 million for a grand 5,000-square foot estate with a pool and several acres of land. Most residential streets lack sidewalks, but there isn’t much traffic to worry about in those areas because of the layout.
Tudor style homes can be found peppered throughout Woodbine neighborhood.
