Shopping and dining along Broadway Avenue

Hollytree is entirely residential, but the neighborhood is still close to vibrant commercial centers located along Broadway Avenue. Broadway Square is 2.5 miles to the north and features national name-brand retailers, including Lulu Lemon and American Eagle. For tasty Texas comfort food, residents head to Clear Springs, a popular state-wide chain serving up chicken fried steaks and world-famous onion rings. Community events and farmers markets

Hollytree hosts many community events in the clubhouse, from Tuesday Theme Nights to live music at Friday Night Tapas. The summer is capped off during the Fourth of July celebration, complete with a pool party and fireworks display at dusk. Outside of the community, residents are close to the numerous events held throughout the greater Tyler area. The Tyler Farmers Market begins in May and is only 2.5 miles away. The market has provided fresh produce to visitors since it opened in 1983.

Highly rated Tyler Public Schools

The Tyler Independent School District serves the neighborhood and is ranked the best district for athletes in Smith County by Niche. Students begin their education at Jack Elementary and Hubbard Middle School, both of which received an A-minus on Niche. Tyler Legacy High School also received an A-minus rating and is the largest high school in East Texas, with a student body of nearly 2,700. Niche ranked the high school the best for college prep in Smith County. King’s Academy Christian School is a private education option for parents to consider.
