"This area is becoming super popular because buyers are moving out of Philly to find more space, says Realtor Khalid Aleem. "So here you have that space for a better price, but you can still easily get to the city."
One of the biggest perks of buying in Beverly Hills is investing in spacious homes with historic charm only a few minutes from the Center City. You'll find established Cape Cods, brick Colonial Revival and expansive Tudor Revival homes. These homes have private yards shaded with mature trees that provide plenty of space to entertain or relax. The neighborhood is lined with sidewalks, offering an air of walkability that makes it easy to head over to nearby parks or the local El station if you want to use public transportation to get into the city. Homes here have attractive prices for their extensive square footage and picturesque exteriors. You'll find smaller homes from $185,000 to $275,000 and larger homes costing between $300,000 to $400,000. Students here attend schools within the Upper Darby School District, including Highland Park Elementary School.
