The heartbeat of Champion Township

Champion Heights, a community in Ohio's Champion Township, is supported by a well-established local economy. "Parts of Champion Heights are rural, but we also have a small business district. There are a lot of family-owned businesses here," says Anthony Bernard, owner of Bernard's Garden Mart. Alongside his wife, Bernard has served the Champion community for over 60 years and operates a second location further west. Residents of all ages can take advantage of continuing education options and a recreational sporting scene; young locals also attend a well-performing school district.

Homes from the 20th century with driveways and garages

Along the residential roadways are well-maintained homes dating from the 1920s to the late 1990s. Although many streets lack sidewalks, most homes have driveways leading to attached garages. The neighborhood includes rows of tidy Colonial Revivals, minimal traditional dwellings and ranches. Ranch-style condominiums with golf course views are also available in the Cranberry Court Community. Houses in Champion Heights are valued higher than those in the nearby city of Warren but still sit below the national average. Residences in the community generally list between $125,000 to $225,000. However, houses resting near the Cranberry Hills golf course can enter the market between $325,000 to $450,000.
