Unlike other nearby downtown areas that tend to get sleepy after the commuters depart for the day, the West End continues to remain vibrant due to all of the attractions," says Thomas Miller, a Realtor with Keller Williams Capital Properties who lives in the D.C. area and has sold properties in the West End. "It almost feels like New York," he adds, referencing the many hotels, award-winning restaurants, proximity to green spaces and the pedestrian-oriented community.
