The dog-friendly Windmill Ranch Park is a main feature of the neighborhood, with a shaded playground and multipurpose athletic fields located right next to Everglades Elementary School. Prices fall between $1.8 million and $15 million depending on floor plan, which can range from 2,500 to 15,000 square feet. Despite the area’s lack of sidewalks, locals often walk or jog the streets safely, as traffic is not busy on the private residential streets.
