Pine Valley Estates has a park-like setting and plenty of convenience
Located in northeast Wichita, Pine Valley Estates is a midcentury community with suburban tranquility and modern convenience. A grassy median with a stream stretching down its core bisects the neighborhood, and the half-mile sidewalk alongside it makes it easy for children to walk to school, whether they attend public or private options. Prairie Village Center on 13th Street offers eclectic restaurants and retailers, and the Bradley Fair Shopping Center is just 2 miles north. “It’s a well-established and well-maintained neighborhood,” says Jack Silvers, the owner-broker of River City Realty, who has sold homes in the city for over 40 years. “People move here looking for a quiet, simple neighborhood. But it’s also less than a 15-minute drive to Old Town.”
