The Reflection Ridge Golf Club is surrounded by suburban convenience
Spanning a rolling, bent grass fairway, Reflection Ridge is a golfer's paradise where suburban comfort abounds. The 18-hole Reflection Ridge Golf Club sits at the core of this northwestern Wichita neighborhood, offering an idyllic setting and ample member-only amenities. “Reflection Ridge is a widely known resort-style community,” says Heather Golden, an associate broker and Realtor with J.P. Weigand & Sons, who has sold several homes in the area. “It’s the kind of place where people drive their golf carts to a neighbor's house for a dinner party.” With commercial centers in its southern region and a location in the highly rated Maize Unified School District, the neighborhood also boasts a convenient location.
There is a stunning 18-whole private Golf Course at Reflection Ridge.

New Traditional dwellings with Reflection Ridge Golf Club views
All housing in Reflection Ridge was built after the golf course opened in 1989. Oak-tree shaded cul-de-sacs are lined with New Traditional dwellings on quarter-acre lots, often unfenced and backing up to water hazards and sand bunkers. While most residential streets don’t have sidewalks, pathways surrounding the golf course are popular walking spots, and quiet, wide streets make jogging easy. Classical-inspired homes can have four to six bedrooms, while Tudor-style builds may feature half-circle driveways leading to attached three-car garages. Buying here can cost between $450,000 and $600,000, a range higher than a Wichita home’s average $250,000 selling price.

Reflection Ridge Golf Club has more than just an 18-hole course
Reflection Ridge Golf Club members are privy to amenities other than the course. With numerous competitive swim meets, a Memorial Day barbecue and happy hours on Friday night, the swimming pool is a hub of activity throughout the summer. After a game on the tennis or pickleball courts, people can grab a meal at The Grille, known to host local beer tastings and watch parties for Wichita State University basketball games. “You don’t necessarily have to be a member of the club to live here, but the community does revolve around it, so it’s the main draw,” says Golden.
Reflection Ridge is 3 miles from Sedgwick County Park, the city’s largest green space. Its 400 acres are filled with a 4-mile sidewalk system surrounding numerous fishing lakes and an art walk home to multiple Kansas-inspired pieces. Animal lovers will find over 3,000 species at the Sedgwick County Zoo. In the neighborhood’s southern region, All Star Sports is an amusement park where visitors can play over 60 arcade games, race go-karts or get a strike at the bowling alley.
